Setting the Standard: Candidate Responses on Long-Term Care

As a coalition and as a community of advocates, one of our critical roles is to define the standard for what serious policy looks like in long-term care. To that end, we asked Mayoral and Council candidates to respond to a detailed questionnaire grounded in the workforce, financing, and system challenges we have collectively identified. Our Coalition sent questionnaires to all the candidates running for Mayoral and Council positions. We made a diligent effort to reach every candidate, however in some cases, declared candidates had no working website or contact information, and they may not have received the questionnaire.
