2026 is set to be D.C.’s most pivotal election year in memory — there will be a new mayor, several new council members, and residents will utilize ranked choice voting for the very first time. As a coalition and as a community of advocates, one of our critical roles is to define the standard for what serious policy looks like in long-term care.
