DC Coalition on Long Term Care
Organizational and Individual Partnership Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the DC Coalition on Long Term Care (LTC). The Coalition is a network of advocates, service providers, and community members committed to ensuring that all DC residents—especially low-income older adults and people with disabilities—have access to high-quality long-term care services. Organizations or individuals can join our Coalition at a variety of levels.

There are a range of ways organizations and individuals can support the Coalition. The easiest way is to participate in our monthly Coalition meetings. We invite experts and guests to talk about issues affecting the long term care sector. Joining a subcommittee is another great way to support us. Currently, our most active subcommittee is workforce but we are standing up others by the end of the year, contact the Coalition Coordinator for more information. No matter how you are connected to the Coalition we invite you or your organization to join our advocacy efforts at the John Wilson Building, attending press conferences or creating policy ideas.
