What is the DC Coalition on Long Term Care?
The DC Coalition brings together consumers, advocates and health care providers to work with the District government to create a range of quality long-term care services available to low-income District adults with chronic care needs through Medicaid. The members have worked together since 1996 to help the District government develop diverse services for persons needing long-term care.
